Maartje Bouvy and Mariken Tannemaat join Dutch Flower Group’s supervisory board

Dutch Flower Group (DFG), touted as the world’s largest floral wholesaler, has announced the appointment of two supervisory board members.

During its shareholders’ meeting on 14 May 2024, Dutch Flower Group (DFG) announced the appointment of two new members to its supervisory board; Maartje Bouvy and Mariken Tannemaat.

Maartje Bouvy has accumulated a wealth of financial experience, having been CFO at companies such as Unilever, Royal Haskoning, KPN, Rituals and Facilicom.

Mariken Tannemaat held various commercial positions at ING Group over a period spanning more than 20 years, before commercial management roles at NN (Nationale Nederlanden) between 2013 and 2018. She has, more recently, been Chief Innovation Officer at Robeco. Since becoming a professional Supervisory Director in 2018, Mariken has been appointed to the Supervisory Boards of Erasmus Enterprise, Cm.com, VLC & Partners, ABN Amro, and others.

Rob Zandbergen, chair of the DFG supervisory board said: “Maartje and Mariken bring a great deal of experience and expertise in both financial and digital matters.”

With this expansion, DFG’s supervisory board is well-represented in all strategic areas.
