WESTLAND, Netherlands: Dutch based horticultural supplier Royal Brinkman today announced the expansion of its international sales team, appointing Leon Verkoelen as its sales manager Europe, effective immediately.

Verkoelen has been active in professional horticulture for 20 years, the last few of which mainly in the sale of internal logistics products. Verkoelen’s field of expertise is greenhouse and shipping area logistics plus mechanisation. This is also the range in which Berg Hortimotive, part of the Royal Brinkman Group, specializes.

Marco van de Velden, CEO Berg Hortimotive Group is delighted to welcome an accomplished industry veteran to his sales team. He said, “Our dealers can count on his support. I think it’s great that he has chosen us. Not only does Leon bring a wealth of experience, he’s also a very enthusiastic person. Someone who gives you energy.
