Iberflora 2024 bookings are off to a flying start

The build-up to Spain’s premier horticultural trade exhibition Iberflora is good, looking at the forward bookings.

Exhibitor bookings are looking healthy for Iberflora happening at the Feria Valencia convention centre between 1-3 October 2024. With less than seven months before the show’s opening, 80 per cent of the floor space has now been booked. The 3-day event, which celebrates its 53rd anniversary this year, will be truly international with bookings from exhibitors from abroad up 75 per cent.

The 2024 edition of Iberflora will celebrate alls things all things ornamental horticulture, from nursery stock, young plants, cut flowers, houseplants, patio plants, perennials, seeds, annuals, and everything in between. Occupying pride of place in hall 6,7, and 8 of Feria Valencia will be Mediterranean plants.

True to tradition, Iberflora will be held in conjunction with DIY fair Eurobrico. Also running more or less during the same Iberflora dates are Feria Hábitat València, Textilhogar and Espacio Cocina-SICI.

berflora’s ambitions are big as it aims at becoming the leading fair in Europe for the plant and flower, landscaping, technology, garden centre and DIY sectors all exhibiting under one roof.

France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Portugal, Turkey and the United Kingdom have already announced their presence.

For Máximo Solaz, Iberflora’s director, the strong booking confirm that Iberflora generates huge expectation because it is Spain’s major showcase for the industry, and the forum for people to find out about market trends”. He says, “Also, this year, the other major international fairs running at the same time as Iberflora add significant value, because for that period of time Valencia will be the global centre of the entire flower, gardening, contract and interiors businesses”.

The fair’s director points out that “Iberflora is changing its location within Feria Valencia, returning to the three halls at street level that will be familiar to the most long-standing exhibitors, and we know from experience that they are a great choice in terms of catering to exhibitors’ needs and connecting with the other events”.

Iberflora, Spain’s premier horticultural trade show, is reintroducing itself with a new and energetic image.
