Modiform opens Naaldwijk office

Dutch-based horticulture packaging and plastic manufacturer Modiform has opened a new office at the World Horti Center (WHC) in Naaldwijk as part of a plan to bolster innovation and strengthen its global reach.

The WHC is the knowledge and innovation centre for international greenhouse horticulture. It acts as the meeting point for international professionals and stakeholders to join forces and play a major role in making the world more sustainable.

John van der Maarel, sales director at Modiform, says, “Being part of the World Horti Center enables us to pioneer collaborations with other market leaders in greenhouse horticulture. We can also invite our colleagues as well as our customers and partners here, so that they too can be part of the innovative and exciting developments at the WHC. This place offers a truly unique, international collaboration environment, bringing together business, education, research, and government.” Martin van Dijk, Martijn de Bruijn, and Joyce Langeslag will largely be based at the new office in Naaldwijk.

Since last year, Modiform has also been a partner of the I-Grow pavilion: the place where leading indoor farming companies present themselves to the thousands of international professionals visiting the WHC. Modiform uses an informative display to show how packaging can be used to boost product growth.
