ZUNDERT, Netherlands: This year, the world’s premier amenity plant show, GrootGroenPlus, and the not-for-profit foundation Varb, an online marketplace for trees, shrubs and outdoor plants for the amenity market, will once again join forces.

The partnership between Varb and trade fair GrootGroenPlus – two platforms for outdoor green – has been a fruitful one for many years. Every year, the partnership improves and expands, with new options and new layers, including showing the current offer in the participant profiles, a general search engine with the full current offer, an overview of the top 5 adjusted profiles and multilingual accessibility. These unique advantages caught the eye of other trade fairs, which lead to an exchange of tools we developed together.

In 2021, the GGP and Varb partnership will result in exclusive advantages for GGP and Varb participants. They can enjoy these advantages during trade fair GrootGroenPlus, which will take place betweeen 6-8 October 2021.

Exhibitors of the 31st GGP show will be able to showcase their full range of products in Varb during six weeks. Non-members of Varb will be offered a free demo account.

Company profiles will feature the product portfolio. One of the new features this year is the sort and search engine, making the company profiles more interactive. The website will also get a full search engine, which will show all participants and their assortment.

You do not need to register or log in to visit the profiles or the search engine. The system is available worldwide, in two languages. This offers both participants and visitors a unique opportunity. Especially since it is also connected to our quadrilingual trade fair app.

Both the website, the participant profiles (full information page per participant) and the trade fair app of GrootGroenPlus are used quite often. People are especially drawn to the photos and detail pages. And even though the six weeks haven’t started yet, we do ask everyone to make sure that they respond immediately when asked to update their profile, their photos, and activate or amend it.
