ALMERE, Netherlands: Italy has officially confirmed its participation in the AIPH-approved Floriade Expo 2022.
In a letter to the Dutch Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality, the Italian Foreign Minister Luigi di Maio writes that he is confident that his country will provide a creative and innovative entry for the Expo which fits the theme of the Expo ‘Growing Green Cities’. He also said that Italy is looking forward to gaining global visibility in the horticultural sector through Floriade, exchanging knowledge and establishing new partnerships with business partners.
Covering over 60 hectares, Floriade will open its door to the world from 14 April to 9 October 2022. For those eager to know what is going on at the site under construction in Almere, the Netherlands, can read more here
