BPOA Technical Conference 2024: “Exploring Opportunities for the Future of Horticulture.”

The British Protected Ornamentals Association (BPOA) is in the final stages of preparing for its flagship event, the Technical Conference, taking place on 31st January 2024 at the National Farmers Union (NFU), NFU Conference Centre in Stoneleigh, CV8 2TZ. Centred around the theme “Exploring Opportunities for the Future of Horticulture,” the conference is set to be a fantastic and informative event.

The conference will cover four critical areas:
• Peat-Free Horticulture
• Energy/Carbon Efficiency
• Labour/ Technology
• Industry Updates from Horticultural Crop Protection (HCP), National Farmers Union (NFU), and Floral Fantasia

BPOA confirmed its speaker lineup, which includes Jo McTigue, Martin Emmett, Mike Smith, Neil Bragg, Steve Harper, Julian Davies, Jonathan Scurlock, Eirinn Rusbridge, Mark Sait, Marcel Hubers, David May, Sarah Want, and Martin De La Harpe.
