HIROSHIMA, Japan: Inochio Seikoen and Floritec have reached a final agreement on the full acquisition of Dutch based Chrysanthemum and Celosia breeder Floritec.
Floritec CEO René le Clercq believes the two brands are an excellent fit. “The partnership will create added value and synergy for both companies and their customers. Together, Inochio Seikoen and Floritec are able to respond even better to the growth opportunities in the global Chrysanthemum market.“
Inochio Seikoen is one of the oldest and most prominent Chrysanthemum breeders and propagators in Japan. Inochio Agriculture Research Center has very modern R&D facilities for the diagnosis of diseases and pests and analysis of soil and water.
