Colombia starts counting down to Proflora 2019

BOGOTA, Colombia:  The excitement is building as Proflora, Colombia’s biennial flower trade show, approaches. With over 300 exhibitors and an expected 7,000 visitors from 45 countries, Proflora has become an important fixture in the calendar of those active in the world of fresh cut flowers and cut foliage.

Returning to Bogotá’s Corferias Convention for its 15^th edition, Proflora is set to take place at from October 2-4, 2019.

Exhibitors include international flower producers, horticultural supply and service companies, breeders and all other key members of the floriculture supply chain.

With three months until the show is due to take place in the country’s capitol the organisers have been overwhelmed by how quickly bookings have been coming in. Before opening its doors, exhibition space is already 90% sold. As such the presence of over 300 companies related to the flower business has been confirmed.

For over 50 years Colombian has offered a great variety of fresh cut flowers to more than 100 countries through a consolidated cluster of professional growers, suppliers and logistical facilities.
