OOSTKAMP, Belgium: Helleborus nursery Het Wilgenbroek from Belgium is delighted to announce Helleborus Winterfall, a new selection of seed-raised H.niger that blooms at Christmas. It’s a very compact variety with the flowers above the leaves. Will make for a very interesting selection for decoration at Yuletide!
‘Lovely Collection’
The ‘Lovely Collection’ is available in small pot sizes (11cm). These are selections from tissue culture in small pot sizes that bloom for more than 2 months. An evergreen plant which is especially ideal for presentations on balconies and even indoors or in the garden.
Scaling New Heights
Helleborus ‘Mont Blanc’ is another new selection from H.niger that starts flowering in November and continues to make flowers through until April.
You can see these new introductions at both Plantarium (Aug 22-24) and Glee (Sept 10-12).
