Metazet FormFlex, a manufacturer and supplier of a variety of metal products for the horticultural sector, has appointed Luke van Adrichem as its new CEO.

Luke is the son of company founder Leo van Adrichem and succeeds Peter Koot, who will focus on his role as financial director. Dolf van der Hoeven continues to focus on his strength: logistics solutions. His new role as director of M-Products reflects his expertise and passion for technology.

Metazet FormFlex is a family business that has been developing smart greenhouse solutions since 1978. It operates worldwide, offering growers equipment that provides the best conditions for their crops. The new division of roles on the board is an important step in the company’s continued commitment to innovation and development, while at the same time maintaining the core values of the family business.

“As the newly appointed CEO of Metazet FormFlex, I’m excited about this opportunity to build on the successful leadership of Dolf and Peter,” says Luke van Adrichem. “Their skills and dedication to the business have been, and will continue to be, indispensable to the important role our company plays in horticulture, and the growth and development that we have achieved to date.
