Jan de Vries, director of Boskoop-based tree nursery Boot & Dart Boomkwekerijen has been honoured with a special Gold Pin Award from industry body Royal Anthos in recognition of his loyalty, 13-year service and achievements within the organisation’s board.
Former Royal Anthos president Henk Westerhof presented De Vries with the Union Gold Pin at Anthos’ annual general meeting on 22 June 2023.
The AGM named Rob Bogaards of Coöp. Rosaco vice president of the Board Nurserystock Products, a position that was previously held by retiring De Vries.
