Alongside construction, international marketing and promotional campaigns are expanding to attract global attention and encourage participation. To date, six conceptual garden designs from international participants have been approved, with several other countries preparing their submissions. On the domestic side, twelve Thai organisations have confirmed their participation through corporate gardens.

Thailand continues to welcome further expressions of interest from international participants and domestic institutions to design and construct exhibition gardens that showcase creativity, cultural identity and a shared vision for sustainability.

Regional Promotion and Community Engagement

At the regional level, Udon Thani province has launched proactive campaigns to raise awareness and strengthen community engagement. A highlight was the “Sabaidee Horticultural Caravan”, held on 5–6 July 2025 in cooperation with the Tourism Authority of Thailand and related agencies. The initiative promoted the upcoming Expo while boosting tourism and economic activity across five northeastern provinces: Udon Thani, Nong Khai, Nong Bua Lamphu, Loei and Bueng Kan.
