Celebrate Your Business’ Achievements! Enter the AIPH International Grower of the Year Awards

One week remains to enter the prestigious AIPH International Grower of the Year (IGOTY) Awards 2026. Does your company deserve to be celebrated for its achievements in the industry? Submit an entry by 8th August 2025 and put yourself among the best in horticulture.

Established in 2009 by the International Association of Horticultural Producers (AIPH) with the support of Founding Partner FloraCulture International (FCI), the awards celebrate best practice and recognise the ‘best of the best’ in the industry. Winners are ornamentals producers from around the world who demonstrate innovation and expertise.

Businesses can enter one or more of the following four award categories:

  • Finished Plants and Trees: Growers of plants and trees that are ready for final sale.
  • Young Plants: Growers of cuttings, plugs, liners, seedlings, etc, which are sold for growing on.
  • Cut Flowers and Bulbs: Producers of flowers and foliage cut for indoor decorative use, as well as bulbs.
  • Sustainability: All award entrants will be invited to submit their business for consideration for the AIPH Sustainability Award. The award will recognise best practice and innovation in improving sustainability in areas including water use, chemical use, climate change, energy use, transportation, labour management and social standards.

From among ‘Finished Plants & Trees’, ‘Young Plants’, and ‘Cut Flowers & Bulbs’ categories, one winner will be crowned the ‘AIPH International Grower of the Year 2026’ and receive the ‘Gold Rose’ – the industry’s most coveted prize.

“Winning the Award in 2024 was a great experience for us at Greenwood. It opened so many new doors for us and brought us new opportunities, and it was also really wonderful for us to receive such heartfelt congratulations from our colleagues across the industry.”
– Melanie Asker, Managing Director, Greenwood Group; Gold Rose Winner 2024

Entries are judged by an international panel of horticultural experts against five criteria: economic performance, innovation, market insight, sustainability, and human resources policy.

All winners will be announced at an Awards ceremony on 27th January 2026 alongside IPM Essen and celebrated globally through FCI and Media Partners FloralDaily, GuíaVerde, and Thursd. To find out more about the IGOTY Awards and to enter visit the AIPH Website.

AIPH thanks Headline Sponsor MPS, Host Partner IPM Essen, and Category Sponsors Chrysal and GLOBAL.G.A.P for their support.
