Winter Flower Trials to debut at Dümmen Orange

Dümmen Orange, a leading breeder and young plant producer, has announced its first ever ‘Dümmen Orange Experience’ will take place from 6 – 9 November 2018. During the event the newest cut flowers and potted plants will be showcased at their premises in De Kwakel.

Starting on Tuesday 6th November, Dümmen Orange will welcome visitors to their Open House locations in De Kwakel and Kudelstaart. The following day the company will welcome customers, from around the world, to their booth at the IFTF show in Vijfhuizen and at the Royal FloraHolland Trade Fair in Aalsmeer.

Upon entering the Open House in De Kwakel visitors will be treated to the company’s various European and non-European rose and gerbera varieties. Additionally, there will be 200 European Dümmen Orange roses in full bloom. A showcase of over 60 chrysanthemum varieties, bulb flowers and 20 ‘product tables’ with potted plants will complete the show.

At the Open House in Kudelstaart, Dümmen Orange will present its newest gerbera cultivars. In the greenhouses, growers will see the tried and tested assortment next to revolutionary new varieties

Rokus Hassefras, Marketing Manager at Dümmen Orange says: “It’s always a great pleasure for Dümmen Orange to participate in Week 45 and welcoming so many visitors at the multiple locations. It gives us the opportunity to connect with all kinds of people such as growers, florists, retail and wholesale contacts and learn more about their needs and preferences.”

The ‘Dümmen Orange Experience’ will take place twice a year, in summer and winter, in De Kwakel.
