Home > NetherlandsNovelties > Verbena Fuerte makes promising debut at FlowerTrials
At the recently held FlowerTrials in the Netherlands, Beekenkamp Plants’ presented its new Verbena Fuerte series. Cutting-raised Fuerte Verbenas are versatile annuals and are perfect for hanging baskets, bedding schemes, patio pots, and mixed combos.
FlowerTrials goers praised the plant’s robust habit and the marketing assets specifically designed to attract customer’s attention and encourage plant purchases directly.
Verbenas are mostly native to South America and is generally considered a tough plant for full sun and heat that trives all summer. The name Fuerte is therefore aptly chosen.
Fuerte Verbenas are well-branched and feature dome-shaped flowers in bold colours.
Verbena Fuerte is available in two series; upright and semi-trailing; the upright varieties are perfect for pots on the table, while the semi-trailing varieties add colour to hanging baskets, mixed combos and borders.
