VALHOR unveils new brand identity, drops apostrophe

PARIS, France: VALHOR, the collective voice for individual businesses within France’s ornamental horticulture, is reintroducing itself with a fresh, distinguished look.

Recognised by the State on 13 August 1994, VALHOR is an inter-professional organisation of 52,000 companies (generating a combined turnover of €15 billion and creating 186,000 jobs), 100 volunteers, three horticultural schools and ten industry bodies representing the ornamental horticulture industry in France.

VALHOR unveiled its new style on the eve of 17th edition of the flower and gardening show Jardins, Jardin on 9 June  in the Tuileries gardens of Paris.

VALHOR has opted for a cool, rounded font in green hues and has dropped its apostrophe in order to reflect a more united picture of the industry. Also, VALHOR without apostrophe is in a digital world  a more versatile and practical spelling.

Its tagline Toutes les forces du végétal underlines the value of greenery and  the singular know-how and incredible amount of savoir among VALHOR’s adhering growers, seed suppliers, wholesalers, garden centres, country stores, online shops, and landscape architects and contractors.
