Trade Fair Aalsmeer

AALSMEER, Netherlands: With 20,000 products and 600 exhibitors, Trade Fair Aalsmeer is the international floriculture fair with the widest and deepest product range. Growers, breeders and traders present their novelties and their special flowers and plants. The theme this year is Connect to Global Growth. The Trade Fair Aalsmeer takes place from 7 to 9 November.

 The Trade Fair Aalsmeer is being organised for the 19th time. This year the total exhibition area is 25,000 m2. This year exhibitors are coming from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Israel, Ethiopia, Taiwan, Japan and the United States. The organisers expect more than 16,000 visitors from all parts of the world. The Trade Fair Aalsmeer is pre-eminently the international trade fair where novelties are presented and where the most relevant trends can be seen.

This year’s theme is Connect to Global Growth. Ornamentals production is increasingly becoming a global affair. The fair’s educational programme includes topics such as new trade routes and bridging differences in culture between new trading partners. At the Trade Fair Aalsmeer visitors can get acquainted with digital initiatives in the floricultural sector, such as Floriday, the digital supply platform.

The Trade Fair Aalsmeer is an initiative of Royal FloraHolland and takes place at location Aalsmeer, near Amsterdam Airport. The opening hours are Wednesday, November 7 from 9 am to 5 pm, Thursday, November 8 from 9 am to 5 pm and Friday, November 9 from 9 am to 3 pm.
