The best of nursery stock produce under one roof

Over 30 companies have announced their presence at the second edition of Garden Trials and Trade, which will take place from June 11 – 13, 2019 in the Plantarium building at the International Trade Centre in Boskoop-Hazerswoude, the Netherlands.

Organisers say the show will feature a novelty showcase and awards, demos and a wide range of exhibitions showing everything imaginable when it comes to nursery stock produce. Garden Trials and Trade will provide a platform for thirteen local companies, based in the Boskoop region, and exhibitors from across the Netherlands. International exhibitors will include companies from Germany, France, Switzerland and the US.

The three-day event will showcase the latest innovations in the area of woody plants and perennials, with a strong focus on innovative merchandising concepts and new cultivars.

Garden Trials and Trade is an international event aimed at professionals working in ornamental horticulture and retail. The event  provides the opportunity for growers to see the latest novelties and gather information on cultivation techniques whilst wholesalers and retailers can speak  with  breeders and discover  trend-setting varieties and concepts for the coming season.

The 2019 exhibit will feature an open design with 1.80-metre high hedges dividing the different stands. Already sure to attract huge crowds is the Green Café, which will be located at heart of the exhibition.

Garden Trials and Trade is organised by the Nursery Trade Fair Foundation and Greenport Business Centre Boskoop who hope to attract visitors from all over the world. The Nursery Trade Fair Foundation also organises Plantarium, the international nursery trade fair. Garden Trials and Trade focuses mainly on new developments in the nursery assortment, while Plantarium focuses on plants that are already available.
