The nursery industry is entering a new era – one full of challenges, but also opportunities. Climate change, stricter environmental requirements, digitalisation, ESG standards, and shifting customer preferences mean every season now brings fresh questions.
On 25–26 November 2025, leaders, experts, and practitioners from across Europe will gather in Bydgoszcz, Poland, for the International Conference Nursery – Manage the Transformation. Organised by the Polish Nurserymen Association and the Green Promotion Agency, and held under the honorary patronage of AIPH (International Association of Horticultural Producers) and ENA (European Nurserystock Association), the event will turn knowledge into tangible action, offering practical solutions, real-life examples, and ideas ready for immediate implementation.
With over 3,200 nurseries and 7,000 hectares of ornamental plant production, Poland is one of Europe’s largest producers. But scale alone is not enough. The industry now needs decisive action, from technological innovation to new management models and sustainable development strategies.
This conference offers a unique opportunity for the European nursery sector to meet in one place, exchange expertise, forge partnerships, and gain a deeper understanding of the Polish market.
