Myplant&Garden reschedules due to Coronavirus

MILAN, Italy:  Show organiser act on cluster of infections in the Lombardy and Veneto regions.

V Group SRL stresses that the decision to postpone the event is an heart-wrenching one, especially because only four days before the opening so much work has already been put into the event. However, first in the organiser’s mind was and will always be the health and safety for exhibitors, visitors and their families.

As such, in close collaboration with  the authorities in Milan, it has been decided to postpone the event. The 6th edition of MyPlant&Garden, originally scheduled February 26-28 at Fiera Milano Rho, will now be held in September with exact dates to be announced later.

Yesterday (February 22, 2020), Italy quarantined a dozen towns in Lombardy and Veneto to tackle the spread of the biggest outbreak of the coronavirus in Europe.

In 2019, Mylant&Garden hosted 773 exhibitors showcasing trees, shrubs , cut foliage and fresh cut flowers on a 45,000 m2 exhibit space.
