Mark-Jan Terwindt, whose previous role was with fresh produce cooperative The Greenery Growers, will join the Dutch horticulture trade body for nursery stock and flower bulbs Royal Anthos as managing director effective 13 February 2023.
Terwindt knows the horticultural sector inside out and has served in different management positions within Royal Flora Holland and the export company Noviflora. Over the past two years, he has worked as a director at The Greenery Growers.
He graduated from Nyenrode Business University and is delighted to join Royal Anthos, whose members he will visit in person in the new year.
Between 1 March 2023 and 1 June 2023, former Royal Anthos president Henk Westerhof will serve as the organisation’s chairman and sparring partner of Terwindt.
By 1 June 2023, Royal Anthos will appoint a new chairman.
