Landgard carries out successful UNI-TROLL EUROPE retail trolley test

HERONGEN, Germany: German producers’ cooperative Landgard has carried out a successful test with UNI-TROLL EUROPE to demonstrate the loading efficiency , manœuvrability, user-friendliness and overall supply chain performance of the newly designed, trolleys M2 and M3 from Danish manufacturer UNI-TROLL.

“The full functionality of the UNI-TROLL was examined  in daily practice. It was tested throughout the entire value chain including growers, transportation companies, wholesalers, warehouse operators and cash and carry managers,” says Detlef Rix, head of Landgard’s load carrier division.

Landgard tested the trolley in collaboration with UNI-TROLL EUROPE. Customer feedback and significant findings will serve the next stage of customer-driven and goal-oriented product development.

The Trolleys M2 and M3 are suited for all partners in the supply chain – from producers to  retailers whether their business is fresh produce or flowers and plants. “It is important to gather, record and eventually evaluate all findings to translate them into the day-to-day and practical solutions,” says Johannes Kronenberg, managing director of Landgard Blumen & Pflanzen GmbH.
