Kuehne + Nagel International AG announces changes to executive management team

Kuehne + Nagel, the world’s largest freight handler for flowers, will change its executive management team. After twelve years on the Board of Directors of Kuehne + Nagel International AG, Renato Fassbind will not stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting on May 9, 2023. At the same time, Dr. Vesna Nevistic will be proposed for election to the Board of Directors of Kuehne + Nagel International AG.

Dr. Nevistic, born in 1965 and a dual Swiss-Croatian citizen, holds a PhD in electrical engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich. She has extensive international experience in management consulting and investment banking, was a partner at McKinsey, including a focus on logistics, and a managing director at Goldman Sachs. She currently runs her own consulting firm focusing on corporate strategy and transformation and is a board member at Compagnie Financière Richemont SA, among others.
