ALEXANDRIA, USA: Starting today (18 May) the American Floral Endowment will be hosting new monthly webinars on production areas and topics that directly impact growers.
Digging into the topics, the schedule begins with The Current Status of Growing Media, 18 May, from 1pm (Eastern Standard Time). The following topics will schedule on Optimising LED Lighting for Flower Crops on 22 and 29 June and Making Sense of Artificial Intelligence in Floriculture on 27 July.
The webinars are free to register and will feature industry recognised researchers, hosts and speakers, offering advice based on relevant research projects to help the industry navigate new and developing challenges. The webinar series feature current topics and offer long-term opportunities for growers to focus on increased profit, greater sustainability, and improved labour efficiency.
