Groen-Direkt announces four seasonal fairs during peak season

Dutch-based ornamental plant wholesaler and cash and carry store Groen-Direkt announced it will host four seasonal sales events during peak season. The first is the Groen-Direkt Spring Days, taking place between 3-4 April 2023 at the company’s premises in Boskoop.

In addition to 5,500 unique sample batches, new marketing concepts, on-trend plant collections and specimen plants, the seasonal fairs will boast in-season products. Naturally, bedding plants and flowering shrubs will be the stars of events in April, May and June.

In an absolute first, the four fairs will host a Meet&Trade, a series of buyer and seller gatherings scheduled between 10am-2pm on Mondays and between 9am-11am during the event’s busiest hours. Buyers and sellers can come together at the 2CC stand to meet and greet and enjoy light refreshments and coffee.

Evergreen shrubs such as Buxus, Prunus and Taxus will be on sale in the webshop and the cash and carry store consistently and for an extended period.

Summer Days                     12-13 June 2023 (Boskoop’s Royal Horticultural Society, aka KVBC, will do an additional round of judging for the best new plant introductions, which will be crowned Best in Show at the Plantarium Groen-Direkt show in August).
