Chaired by Jolanda Heistek, the international jury members selected businesses and individuals worldwide who are striving to advance the net zero emissions and build a greener and healthier greenhouse industry for all. “We received even more applications this year than last year, and the level was very high. As a jury, we mainly looked at the originality of the entries and at sustainability (less use of natural resources such as water and energy).”

GreenTech will run between 13-15 June 2023 at Amterdam RAI and is a global meeting place for all horticultural technology professionals. GreenTech focuses on the early stages of the horticultural supply chain and adresses the current issues growers face. All Dutch front runners, greenhouse builders and suppliers are present.

Last year, the fifth edition of the AIPH-approved horticultural technology show GreenTech welcomed 10,890  attendees from 121 countries; an attendence decrease of 12.8 per cent on 2019 figures, the pre-Corona year in which GreenTech held its last full in-person event. More than 500 greenhouse builders, horticultural engineering and lighting companies, substrate suppliers, service providers, trade associations and research institutes exhibited at the RAI Amsterdam convention centre.
