Flower Expo Poland

LEIDEN, The Netherlands: The third edition of the Flower Expo Poland will this year, once again take place along side the Green is Life trade show, 6-8 September 2018. Both shows will be organized by Agencja Promocji Zieleni (APZ); the promotional organization of the Polish Nurserymen Association. APZ, who have organised Green is Life for the past 25 years has also taken over the ownership of Flower Expo Poland.

The Floral Agency,who as the former owner of this show, decided to stop her activities in this field due to organizational reasons at the agency itself. However, the agency is very happy that APZ can continue the Flower Expo Poland because Poland is a very promising country for the floral sector. The sales from Holland are increasing significantly and Poland has moved from 6th place in 2017 to 5th place in 2018 of the most important sales markets worldwide. The economy is promising, Polish income is on the rise and this results in a change of behavior: there is more budget available for ‘luxury products’ such as flowers and plants. On top of that, research carried out in 2014 on consumer behavior in eight European countries reveeled  that Polish consumers are fonder of flowers and plants than any of the other countries.
