Dutch-based World Horti Center has announced its next round of ∑-Grow Inside seminars, starting on Tuesday 28 March with a session on plant growing at indoor farms. During the webinar – which can be attended in person or virtually – Fieldlab Vertical Farming will share its preliminary research findings.
The webinar’s panel will dive into the relation between plants and tech using the preliminary outcome of the Fieldlab Vertical Farming research.
Keynote speakers include Gert-Jan van Staalduinen, CEO at Logiqs, Laura Bautista, Project Leader Vertical Farming at Delphy B.V., Stefan van de Voort, Plant Specialist Indoor Farming at Philips Horticulture LED Solutions and Caterina Carpinetti, Researcher Vertical Farming at Business Unit Greenhouse Horticulture and Flower Bulbs at Wageningen University and Research form the panel during this fourth ∑-Grow Inside seminar. Moderator is Matthijs van den Beukel.
The fourth ∑-Grow Inside seminar will be held on 28 March from 14:30 hrs (2.30 pm CET) to 15:30 hrs (3.30 pm CET). Industry professionals can attend the seminar in person at World Horti Center (14:00 hrs -2.00 pm CET) to 17:00 hrs (5.00 pm CET).

The ∑-Grow Inside sessions are linked to the physical ∑-Grow pavilion at World Horti Center. This pavilion positions the Netherlands and its tech suppliers as frontrunner in the field of indoor farming.
