PADOVA, Italy: The 70th edition of Flormart, one of Europe’s oldest horticultural trade exhibitions is only three months away. The 3-day event, held at the PadovaFiere exhibition centre September 26-28, 2019 will bring together members from all parts of the horticulture value chain. The pavilion of ANVE, Italy’s National Association of Nursery Stock Exporters, will be once again a prominent presence.

ANVE will occupy an area of 3500m2 in hall 5 where growers from the country’s leading production regions – Piedmont, Lombardy, Liguria, Veneto, Tuscany, Umbria, Lazio, Marche, Abruzzo, Molise, Campania, Basilicata, Puglia and Sicily – will showcase their extensive and innovative product ranges including houseplants, perennials, shrubs, fruit trees, potted herbs, Mediterranean plants, potted Citrus, palms and a wide variety of evergreen and deciduous trees.

The ANVE pavilion will be an international meeting point where the visitor can obtain information on the organisation’s activities and services. The industry association will focus on VivaiFiori, the industry’s eco-label which was launched at Milan Expo in 2015. At the ANVE stand visitors can also learn more about insurance coverage for natural disasters and new legislation on plant production and handling.
