The International Association of Horticultural Producers (AIPH) has approved HortEx 2026 as an International Horticultural Trade Exhibition, reinforcing Southeast Asia’s growing prominence on the global horticultural map.
The Bangkok-based show will run from 20–22 May 2026, occupying 14,000 m² of exhibition space at BITEC and operating alongside AGRITECHNICA ASIA. With up to 15,000 expected visitors, the exhibition will offer a diverse showcase of horticultural technology, equipment, and plant material tailored to the needs of the ASEAN region.
HortEx fosters international business exchange, with meetings linking growers, distributors, and technology providers in a vibrant floral setting.
AIPH Secretary General Tim Briercliffe noted the event’s strategic value: “The approval of HortEx continues AIPH’s support for horticultural innovation and commercial opportunity across Asia. It’s a timely initiative that complements existing shows and helps build sustainable industry connections.”
