The 79th AIPH Annual Congress will take place from 19th-23rd September 2027 in Yokohama, Japan, alongside Expo 2027 Yokohama – an AIPH-approved International Horticultural Expo.
With the theme ‘Scenery of the Future for Happiness’, the Expo will transform the former Kamiseya Communications Facility into a landscape-led destination that demonstrates how Nature-based Solutions can help people, nature, and society thrive together. The site will feature international gardens, a horticultural pavilion, and inclusive visitor spaces, alongside architecture by Kengo Kuma.
Running from 19th March – 26th September 2027, the Expo is expected to welcome more than 10 million visitors from around the world.
