Please reserve 25-29 September 2017 for what will be an unmissable AIPH Annual Congress. Thanks to the support of Taichung City Government we will provide an informative, valuable and stimulating programme for AIPH members and other delegates and well as great networking.

Monday 25 September:
Board meeting (Board members only), arrival of delegates and welcome dinner
Tuesday 26 September:
AM: AIPH General Meeting, incorporating reports from Committees and Working Groups including Green City, Marketing & Exhibitions, Environment and Novelty Protection.
PM: Ornamental Horticulture in South East Asia Conference.
This unique conference supports the AIPH International Vision Project and is designed to deepen understanding of the state of the ornamental horticulture in South East Asia. It will cover topics like import/export, consumer demand, production trends and future potential. Representatives from South East Asian countries will be invited to participate including Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, India, Singapore, Indonesia and others.
Wednesday 27 September:
AIPH International Horticultural Expo Conference
This conference will include sessions on short-term expos, how to leave a legacy from an expo and inspiration for creating memorable visitor experiences. It will include progress reports from all upcoming Expos approved by AIPH including Taichung (Chinese Taipei 2018/19), Beijing (China 2019), Bologna (Italy 2019), Sydney (Australia 2020), Yangzhou (China 2021), Hatay (Turkey 2021), Almere (Netherlands 2022).
Thursday 28 – Friday 29 September:
Delegates will be able to join tours of the ornamental horticulture industry in Chinese Taipei including to growers as well as to visit the sites for the 2018 Taichung World Flora Expo.
Tours will be arranged for accompanying persons on 26-27 September to enjoy the beautiful sites of the Taichung region.
The booking website will be open by June 2017 and further information will be circulated when available. Each member is entitled to one free place. We would encourage you to book more than one place and the fees for additional delegates will be available soon.
